Return & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products delivered due to damaged product or wrong product, we will replace the product or refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Customer must should have a unpacking video in case of replacement/refund after delivery.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders prior to order shipment and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


 Cancellation Policy

For Cancellation please contact us via contact us link available on this website. To cancel the order you have to submit the cancel request within two hours from the time of order, as we usually process the products within two hours from receiving the order. Once the order is processed cannot be cancelled, cancellation charges are applicable. 5% of total bill amount.

Refund & Return Policy

In case any out of stock product we can provide a refund. We usually process the refund within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. 

However, in the case of any manufacturing defect/printing defect exchange can be initiated upto 7 days from the date of receipt of return shipment. To exchange send back the parcel intact to our registered office address Koliketa, 16, Surya Sen Street, Kolkata - 700012 via Courier 7 days of receiving parcel. Please inform us the tracking id of the parcel you are sending back to us. We will resend you a new copy after getting back the damage product.


NOTE: Customer must should have a unpacking video in case of replacement after delivery
